    I only have good posture because I was so hard on myself in band class. It helps open up my airway, and it looks so professional! I don’t sit back in cars as a result. I’m always sitting upright unless I’m tired or trying to sleep while sitting up. It’s probably not good for my safety, but my back don’t be hurting at all!!!
