    I completely forgot I hadn't done my yoga yet, and this was the shortest practice on the September calendar that wasn't a morning practice… So here we are haha. This was so hard for me today though! I can usually sit up tall without much problems, but today my back really hurt. I had to sneak in some soft movements (wiggling, stroking my legs) just to distract myself. Now time for a good night's rest ๐Ÿ™‚
