  1. Dressed for My Day with Kay Harms says:

Hi ladies! Thank you all for your sweet comments. I always enjoy hearing from you. But I don't need to know if you're NOT interested in a paid membership. Nothing will change here on Wednesdays. I only need to hear from those of you who DO want a paid membership with bonus videos and a monthly live event. Thanks so much.

  2. Cindy Grimes says:

Very nice video (and I liked the shorter one, on the same topic).
I appreciated the tips about hair (that is tough in the summer).
I like the big shirt/throw, over a top.
I wish shorts would come down a little.
Glad someone is talking about the heat!
And it isn't always down South. 🌎

  3. Michelle Monks says:

I wouldn't be interested in the paid group. From past experience the paid groups loose the orginal worth of the videos and the zoom classes are not worth the effort of listening. They end up getting overwhelmed and grow to much to what they can handle. Not to say that you would do the same. Your content is perfect here. I wouldn't change a thing.

  4. sheenbean says:

I have a great idea have it on zoom where we all join may be for new people joining 20 bucks a month then people will be spotlighted to ask questions about their outfit or hair . Then you will have theme days . And show in tell days

  5. Kathy White says:

Paid membership would be out of my budget, but understand if you must make a wise business decision. I'd miss you, though!!!

  6. Kathleen Kalt says:

THANK YOU THANK YOU for testifying that in hot humid climates, even wearing a necklace is too much. I live in tropical Florida. My bra and undies ARE my other layer. I wear lots of flowing dresses that I order from Soft Surroundings. To avoid thigh chafing I usually wear bike exercise shorts from Athleta. I buy ones with pockets so I always have a place for my phone and keys because we all know manufacturers loathe putting pockets in women's dresses. Undersummers is an online company that makes cute shortlettes for under dresses. I keep a fold-up Vera Bradley umbrella in my bag to use as a parasol and a long cotton scarf that I can throw across my chest, dupatta style, to try and preserve my decolletage.

  7. April Wilson says:

I wont pay a subscription. Simply because it seems everyone is going that route now and if I subscribed to every one of those I would be spending an extra $100 a month. It’s not worth it to me but may be worth it to someone else.

  8. Frances Correa says:

Hi Kay! Love your "beat the heat/humidity" ideas… and I look forward to Wednesdays. I would not be interested in a paid membership, but I do see how wonderful it would be to be able to meet 'live'.
You are wonderful, Kay! Love your style!

  9. Deborah Redmond says:

Not interested in the paid videos, I don’t keep up as it is. But good news, found out I am totally the coastal grandma! Love the cool tips, no polyester, lots of linen, cotton, and bamboo.

  10. Jennifer Shutt says:

Yes, I would be interested in a paid membership … perhaps including a Women’s Bible Study time and conversation.

  11. Dorcas Troche says:

I live in South Florida and I have stopped dressing nice in the Summertime because it is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with the heat and humidity. I can have a beautiful outfit on, make up on-point, hair (curly) in a perfectly coiffed updo…and BAM….the heat hits and I look like a melted candle one step out onto the front porch. So…I really appreciate this content.

  12. Nelly says:

Thank you Kay. It is a good idea. But I watch you every week end from France. So I don’t know if I am allowed to follow the video from France on subscription..
Anyway, I would be interested in topics such as : I have lost a lot of weight , how I adapt my wardrobe or I’m complexed by my crumpled arms…😉
About you video of this week, I agree about jewelry, I wear only a gold chain, earings, my watch and my ring. In France the weather is very hot, hot too, so at the end of the video, the fresh glass with lemon is delicious !🌞😋👏🍹🍹santé ! As we said here.

  13. Kimberly Berlin says:

I would not be interested in a paid membership. Several of the fashion influencers I follow have asked this lately…Keep up the good work on this channel Kay. I find it very helpful.

  14. Carlsen life after 60 Carlsen says:

I put a fan in my purse wherever I go. You can pick them up at the market fairs for two dollars. I had one for the Fourth of July that’s red white and blue I have them black-and-white I have one from the Philippines that is made of cloth and embroidered it’s absolutely beautiful screen which would handle.

  15. Linda Wamsley says:

Omg, why do some people have big problem with this! It's not a sin to be a part of a paid group! It's actually legal and koodoes to you , Kaye and to anyone who can find an honest way to make more and at the same time help others! Nothing wrong with it!

  16. Vicky Ntontos says:

    Hi Kay,
I truly enjoy your videos and daily blogs. You have great ideas and suggestions. A paid membership though is not for me.

  17. Margaret Reilly says:

I really enjoy your advice and commentary, Kay. I watch you often, but not regularly. So I don’t think the membership idea works for me. I hate to say that, but wouldn’t want to mislead you!

  18. Suzanne Akerley says:

Love you presentations. Sitting in SC in a heat advisory, nothing beats a loose or skimming sundress. I prefer a small print or split and have one in linen I love. Thanks for all you do.

  19. Betty Nevels says:

I truly enjoy your videos, but with everything so expensive I’m not interested in a paid membership. I do hope you are successful with those who want it.

  20. Joyce Taggart says:

This members only club is very upsetting to me. You are not the first. I do understand you need to up your account. But I am a 72 year old women that has injoyed your channel. But you will do what you wish. I am dissappionted . I will not be joining . Joyce

  21. StephMH says:

Membership sounds a little iffy with the direction our economy is going. I have paid memberships for other channels through Patreon, but none over $5-6 a month, fare less than I would pay for a lunch out, as you suggested might be the cost for your channel’s paid membership. I love your content, as it applies to my age range and I have several items in my closet at your recommendation. It would be fun to see you style different body types, or bring in mature participants for makeup application. Or even more home styling tips occasionally. Keep up the good work!

  22. Darlene Bergantzel says:

Fans really do work. I was a competitive ballroom dancer for years and we dancers used fans to cool us down between heats. I keep a fan on my coffee table and one in my handbag. I always chuckle to myself when someone remarks about my fan when I’m out shopping. It’s a fun accessory.
