    Hello from Pembroke Pines, FL. This practice was very healing. I've been working on my root chakra lately, and have been doing some walking meditations in the neighborhood at night, it's summer so the frogs are present in large numbers at the moment, and I really sank in at the froggy pose. When I was walking the the last few nights I would pass by the occasional adult frogs (these things are massive), and they don't move when I walk next to them. They are firmly rooted, and if anything their stance digs in just a bit incase they need to hop away, but they don't. They acknowledge me, and I acknowledge them, and we keep on about our way in strong acknowledgement and wonder of each other.
