    Did this the first time last Friday, thought I died … had to skip 3 exercises (during which I marched). OMG .. my abs hurt all weekend. 😳
    Today (Monday) did it again and made it through all the way, OK, only made it through 3 reps during the last exercise (going slow), but still. SO need this to get back into exercising. Always been in great shape but due to several reasons I lost my shape. Thank you for making this. Hope to ace it soon! But allowing myself to ease into it. Every other day for now.

    my face is dripping sweat and I my legs kept shaking in the last 1/3
    What an amazing 15min burn workout! I hope to see more results with this than the last wkout I had been doing, which in comparison feels like gentle yoga.

    day 1 : just managed to do 8 min of this work out. i'll try to repeat it a bit later.
    day 2: managed to complete the workout except for the legs flutter exercise ! im quite impressed by myself

    Day 1: Did a workout after ages and finished one after Idk how long, but this was perfect for me challenging yet doable, except for the last exercise which I messed up quite badly, but still proud of myself for doing something. Plan to continue this for a month so see you tomorrow.

    UPDATE:
    Day 2: was feeling quite sore and didn't feel like working out but I pushed myself and am so glad that I did, the workout felt the same as yesterday maybe a bit easier actually, all good, still haven't gotten the hang of the last exercise though. 😬
    Day 3: Getting better at it, did the last exercise but I don't like it at all, I guess I will swap it for a 45-second plank.
    Day 4: It's getting easier, well some parts, with some exercises i really struggled with breathing today, also swapped the last exercise with plank.
    Day 5: Done, getting better.
    Day 6: Done
    Day 7: the rest day 🌼
    Day 8: Done
