    I really thank you both for creating these tutorials. It is so helpful to me as I'm not able to come to class as often as I would like. They are great for keeping me on track in my practice and preventing injury and bad habits. I would like to see tutorials on trikonasana and janusirsasana; also information on preventing "yoga butt." I know a few people who've been afflicted (including me a couple of years ago). Thanks again for all your excellent help. You guys are great teachers!

    I have been doing this with you for a few days and I really like your way of teaching and the technique you use. I can see very well how to do the poses from Jelena , and David leads the class very well.
    I look forward to more classes with you!
    I have a question – is it necessary to use a yoga mat in my practice? If yes- why? If not -why?
    I would also be interested to see a video about the yoga mats you like to use (which brands, why you prefer them, what they add to your yoga practice).
