    I just switched from the beginner one to this cause the beginner one was super easy from the get and imma update yall with the days.
    day 1. everything was hard but the dolphin hold at the end. took 1-2 breaks but felt good!!
    day 2.did it! i did some run training earlier so i was a bit tired a sore but i still pulled through. I usually do these at night. while writing this, my abs are still shaking. i took 1 break during one of the holds but still felt good!!!
    Day 3. almost didn't do it but couldn't sleep so i did it. Was shaking during the planks but not shaking as much/at all!! im thinking of updating my measurements every month. Im also gonna do the 15 min version for extra strength and hopefully faster and better results
    Day 4: school started so i kinda took a few day break but today i started with the 15 min one and had to stop at about 12 min cause i was too tired. mostly my arms.

    I will do this workout every day for 3 weeks. (maybe longer) I track my progress every day to motivate myself and others!! I've also done the workout 3 times so far, but I took a 1-2 day break in between.

    Day 1: kk I'm kinda scared of this workout everyday AHAHA. Today was okay. I died at minute 2-3. Otherwise it was okay. But it could be because I did the exercises on my bed and couldn't do them exactly. Still, it blew me apart in the end.

    day 2: Let's just ignore that I forgot day 2 day

    3: It was hard to motivate myself, but I did it. It was difficult.

    Day 4: I paid attention to my posture today. I noticed that somehow I can't keep my legs straight💀. Otherwise the workout was okay.

    Day 5: Starfish Crunches are my enemies. Otherwise it was okay.
